Features:
Machine shall be generally as per SPM standard.
Hardened & ground machine components in suitable Alloy Steel material.
Heavy duty bottom base with LM Guide ways. Both the head on LM Guide ways mounted on Heavy Duty Bottom Base ensure precise and accurate displacement during setting.
Low setup time is ensured using Hydraulic jacks Controlled by a single Geared Motorfor initially holding of job and supported by rollers in the middle base.
The tube clamping vice with top and bottom semi Radius support to accomodate wide rage of diameter in single vice.
Stroke length adjustment of main head controlled thru servo motor precise and accurate displacement of work head.
Both the Beveling head movement of 3.5 Mtrs and 6.5 meter fixed middle roller suppon ensure 13.5 meter length of pipe resting and movement. The Beveling head to be planned at both ends with precise pipe positioning before pipe beveling.
The face plate RPM adjustment is maintained thru geared motor with VFD.
The facing depth can be reduced or increased separately according to requirement.
The clamping vice will be lifted by two hydraulic cylinder at both ends.
The max dia of pipe radius gripper providing with the machine. (additional gripper as per requirement can be supplied at extra cod)
